In this training we learn to understand what assertiveness means - to be able to express openly your opinion, give your statement, share your feelings withnoutpossibly  insulting or hurting the partner.

We discuss and role play the usual situations from everyday business - handling a negative client, negotiationg with an upset colleague or nervous business partner.

This training is designed for anybody who handles conflict situations and/or deals with problem solving situations.
